If you can get a replacement from another similar truck for the time being or try to push start it. Right now only these two options are coming to my mind. Since many guys do that here at a local trucking company when the starter motor is broke. In case of an auto transmission, you have to get a replacement from another similar vehicle. If you do not wish to spend a lot you can try a used one from truckparts.org/ or automotix.net
